Unit Testing 101

Assuming no prior experience - aside from a knowledge of C# - this presentation looks at how to get started with unit testing, and what to do to ensure that your tests are valuable, not baggage.

A key reference I used was Roy Oscherove’s book Art of Unit Testing.
